Terms and Conditions

We take pride in the high standard of our amenities and would respectfully ask our visitors to leave their flat(s) as clean and tidy as they found it upon arrival. We would also ask you to avoid undue noise which might disturb others.

The flats must not be occupied by more persons than stated on your reservation form.

Flats are all electric (slot meters) £1 coin. We do not take a key deposit, but there is a charge of £10 per set of keys not returned to us.

Sorry, but pets cannot be accepted. Flats are offered subject to their being available when deposit is received and acknowledged in writing by us.

The management reserves the right to cancel accommodation with no refund, if at any time in their opinion, the behaviour of a visitor or his guest is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is interfered with, or the visitor or his guest is otherwise creating unacceptable difficulties for the management.

Booking periods are as per our tariff sheet (periods different to those listed might be available, so please ask.)

It is unwise to allow children to play on the stairs, corridors etc. Children must NOT use the lift or be left in a flat without proper supervision. Please make sure no item of furniture is left against any window where children might climb on it. Items left in the flats are the responsibility of our guests. An official deposit receipt (which must be produced on arrival) will be sent if a suitable flat is available, if not, then deposits will be returned immediately. A booking is deemed accepted by both parties when the deposit receipt is posted. In order to comply with the Unfair Contract Terms Act we must point out that a Contract is in force once your Reservation has been accepted by us, and in the event of being unable to take up the booking your deposit is not refundable and you will be liable for the balance if the flat cannot be re-let. (We will endeavour to re-let provided you notify us IN WRITING should you need to cancel). Guests can insure, quite cheaply, against such risks. The management would appreciate immediate notification of any breakages, soiling, or any other damages to equipment etc., so that repairs and/or replacements can be undertaken without delay.

NOTE: Entrance to the premises is at first floor level, up one flight of stairs.
